Hiring a Housekeeper / Nanny

We are a Jordanian family, living in a 4bedroom townhouse in Dubai, have 2 active boys (8 years who adores football, and 4 years who adores playtime and attention); we have also my mother in law living with us; looking to hire an experienced housekeeper who adores kids, and love to be treated as a family member; both the kids go to school, and we have a clear daily cleaning schedule that splits the work between daily chores vs. deep cleaning; our last maid / nanny stayed with us for 4 years.
